Hair Strand Builders

• Added auto load for lookevKit.mll plugin on Groomer's Too launch. This is an requirement for the new 'colorCondition' node that was implemented in V15.02.04 for both the Hair Tube and Hair Card Builders.

• Fixed an issue where when there's error during strand on creation (clicking on the "Create" button), Maya viewport would freeze.
