# Multi Description Preview

## Overview

Sometimes, for animation purpose, we may not wish to see XGen hair updating per frame. This allows the user to set % or enable/disable auto refresh with ease.

1. Enable/Disable the auto refresh of Xgen primitives. This is useful if you have dynamics on Xgen hair, and you need to scroll through the timeframes. You can click on “Disable’ to set auto refresh off for all the descriptions at once.
2. This allows you to set a preview % for each Xgen description, or hide them.
3. This sets and refreshes the primitives with the % entered to all Xgen descriptions for the current Xgen collection.
