# Getting an Update

## Visit the Content Page

* If you gotten the license from Gumroad: 
  * <https://app.gumroad.com/library>
* If you gotten the license from No Brain Tools website:
  * <https://nobraintools.wixsite.com/nobraintools/file-share>

## Download the Latest Update

* Find the version you are looking for and download the .zip file.

## Re-Install Into Your Maya Folder

* Locate the `xgtc` folder on your system&#x20;
  * For example: `\Documents\maya\2025\scripts\xgtc`
* <mark style="color:red;">**"Delete"**</mark> the `xgtc` folder
* Replace it with the newly downloaded version.

To update, it's better to delete the entire `xgtc` folder and replace it with the latest version. You must re-validate the license.
