Things can go wrong - we get it. If you run into trouble, we’ll do our best to help quickly.

**1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS**

We offer a 7- day refund window for issues such as installation problems or technical defects that we cannot resolve after reasonable support efforts. Refunds will not be issued if the software has been validated and used. Usage may be verified using information from API requests and server logs.

Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not provide refunds for failure to cancel before the renewal date.

**2. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES**

Payment processors charge a non-refundable fee that we cannot recover. When a refund is approved, the credit card processing fee (approximately 4% of the plan price) will be deducted from the refund amount.

**3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND**

Contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order id, email, license key, and a brief description of the issue.

Work with our support team to troubleshoot. If we cannot resolve the problem, we’ll process an eligible refund minus the non-refundable processing fee to the original payment method.

**4. ADDITIONAL NOTES**

We may decline or revoke refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our license terms. Processing times for refunds vary by payment provider. This policy applies to all subscription plans unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
